There is a massive void somewhere that stops the victims of sexual abuse form healing. Not only does the victim have to endure the abuse whether it be once or for years - the effects are devasting - but they also lose their families to denial. How do I heal from sexual abuse! I want to talk about this denial and put a message out there - Please Can You Help me To Get a Message out there to the abusers to Take Responsibility for what they did! Wednesday, January 18, 2012.

A feeble attempt at happiness through expression. How can I tell someone that life is pointless. They sit at my throat but only die and fall back down as I swallow my pain and plaster a rehearsed smile across my face.

Tuesday, 21 June 2011. Old photographs of happy times make me feel sad, even if the people in them are still in my life. They remind me of a changed friendship or changing times. I hate seeing my scars in photographs. I never hide my scars anymore, but catching sight of them in a photo is like seeing them on someone else, it sends a jolt through me. Tuesday, 17 May 2011.
